You should try ADMIN as username and ADMIN as password, as the developers specified on the official website. You can change the password, but not the username and if you forgot the password, then the only way to get access to the application is by reinstalling Windows.
When I open Card Desiree CS, this error pops up "Printer don't exist" I successfully printed a test page via printer options, but unable to print via Card Desiree Program because this error always appear.
Workaround done
Updated the printer driver for HiTi CS200e
Updated the Printer Firmware(FW Ver. 1.36.0.4)
Reinstalled Printer Driver
Reinstall Card Desiree Program

You cannot have a time format like that using this software, but you can go to Encoding > Contact Smart Card > in Data to Encode field select Date/Time Source click Properties and choose one of the date format from there.

This behavior is probably generated by the fact that your printer's cartridges are low on ink. In order to fix this problem, this is the first thing that you need to check. If this is true, charging the cartridges should be the solution. If not, try downloading the latest version of the driver from the official website. Also, go to Start > Control Panel > Devices and Printers > right click on the printer > Properties and revert the settings to the default state. You should be able to improve the quality of the printed items.
